IT Support - Banking

The role provides onsite and remote end‑user support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, AV equipment and banking applications across the UAE operations, handling hardware, software, OS and connectivity issues while ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements. The position involves managing user accounts, Microsoft 365 services, basic networking tasks, and participating in on‑call rotational shifts.
