Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 IT support across hardware and software
Deliver remote support and attend centres for onsite troubleshooting
Support technology projects including upgrades and system implementations
Conduct technology health checks and preventative maintenance
Maintain accurate documentation and ticket records in Jira
