IT Support Engineer

The role provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end users, including executive and high‑profile users, both onsite and remotely. Responsibilities include setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCs, virtual desktops, mobile devices, and key business applications, as well as managing Active Directory, VDI, and Workspace One environments. The position also oversees local facility services and collaborates with corporate IT, logistics, and HR to ensure smooth technology and workspace operations.
