IT & Support Manager

The IT & Support Manager oversees the day-to-day operations, security, and support of Bardavon’s corporate technology environment, managing corporate systems, end-user devices, and Help Desk operations. This role ensures employees have secure, reliable, and effective technology to perform their work while partnering with internal teams and external partners to align technology solutions with organizational needs. The position involves establishing technology standards, managing the employee technology lifecycle, and resolving escalated technical issues.
