IT Support Officer – Modern Workplace

The IT Support Officer – Modern Workplace provides first and second level support for Serco's Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Intune and SCCM. The role is on‑site, split between Acacia Prison (three days) and the Belmont office (two days), and involves incident management, user account administration, and contribution to documentation and projects.
