The IT Support Specialist at Helion provides frontline technical support to employees at the Everett, WA office and helps ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations. The role reports to the IS&T Operations Manager and contributes to maintaining a productive workplace that supports Helion’s mission. This is an onsite, non-exempt hourly position.
