IT Support Specialist

This role involves providing intermediate-level IT support across a mixed Mac and Windows environment, managing user access, and maintaining clear documentation for IT staff and end users. The position requires hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity issues, as well as managing user accounts and licensing in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the IT Leadership Team to support onboarding, offboarding, and endpoint management using tools like NinjaOne.
