IT Support Specialist

This role provides Tier 2 escalated IT support within a manufacturing environment, resolving complex technical issues to maintain strict SLAs and ensure production uptime. The position involves administering Windows and mobile device management platforms, identity and access systems, and endpoint provisioning. It also includes incident management, facilities and AV technology support, and contributing to internal knowledge base documentation.
