IT Support Specialist

This role provides first and second line technical support to internal staff, handling analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of IT issues ranging from straightforward to complex. The position serves as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries via phone and email, managing tickets and maintaining asset databases. It involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues, as well as providing user training and remote support.
