Lifeline of Ohio
This role provides ongoing tier one support for hardware, software, network equipment, and servers for the Network for Hope and Lifeline of Ohio. The position serves as the primary contact for escalations, assists with infrastructure support, and ensures compliance with IT standards through routine maintenance and audits. The specialist also participates in end-user equipment maintenance, training, and emergency after-hours support.
