IT Support Specialist

This role involves resolving retail site systems, hardware, and software issues while providing operational support for point of sale, back office, and credit and fuel networks. The position requires hands-on desktop-level fixes, including installing and upgrading software and hardware, as well as assisting with software releases and regional store migrations. The ideal candidate will document service desk requests, analyze trends to prevent future problems, and maintain strong communication with end users.
