IT Support Specialist

This role involves supporting and maintaining in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals, including installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading hardware to ensure optimal workstation performance. The position requires troubleshooting technical issues, providing end-user training and assistance, and managing IT assets and service requests. The specialist will also assist in project planning, system maintenance, and the implementation of new computer projects and hardware installations.
