IT Support Specialist

This role serves as the primary point of contact for all incoming IT support requests, triaging and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for employees. The position involves managing the user lifecycle through onboarding and offboarding processes, deploying and maintaining Windows and Apple-based devices, and supporting office access and server room systems. The ideal candidate will document processes, educate users, and assist with equipment procurement to ensure smooth IT operations.
