The IT Support Specialist serves as the primary technology resource for employees, resolving day-to-day issues with laptops, email, phones, printers, and security cameras while managing the company's IT equipment lifecycle. This role partners with the managed IT services provider to monitor security risks and IT performance, and leads the practical and secure adoption of artificial intelligence tools across departments. The position may be filled on a full-time or part-time basis depending on candidate qualifications and availability.
