About this role
An IT Support Technician II provides hands-on technical support for computer hardware, software, and network equipment across one or several office sites. The role diagnoses and resolves IT incidents in a Microsoft Windows environment, supports peripherals and AV systems, and follows corporate IT standards and procedures. The position reports to a local site or corporate IT supervisor and supports SNC’s broader corporate functions.
