About this role
The IT Support Technician (Local Technology Coordinator) is the primary on-site technology contact for Sedgwick’s Irish offices and supports other EU locations. The role combines hardware asset management with hands-on employee IT support to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across the region. It reports to the IT Manager – EMEA Service Desk & Depot Operations and supports corporate IT standards and initiatives.
