IT Support Technician

About this role
Faire is hiring an on-site IT Support Technician for its Waterloo office to provide day-to-day technical support, unblock employees, and assist with internal events. The role also involves owning small projects and process improvements to reduce repetitive work and improve team workflows. Candidates will work closely with IT Engineering and other teams to troubleshoot devices, networks, and AV setups while maintaining clear documentation.
