IT: Support / Technician

This role involves analyzing and diagnosing hardware, software, and connectivity incidents across classified and unclassified networks to determine root causes and implement remediation. The position requires designing workstation imaging configurations, managing PKI token requests as a Trusted Agent, and executing cyber vulnerability remediation and standalone patching strategies. The incumbent will also provide specialized user instruction on MFA tokens and maintain detailed technical documentation in compliance with DoD standards.
