IT: Support / Technician

This role serves as the primary technical escalation point for complex hardware, software, and connectivity incidents across classified and unclassified networks. The position provides 24x7x365 deskside support at the Pentagon Operations Center and supports critical events, including cyber vulnerability remediation, workstation imaging, and PKI token management. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced systems analysis to resolve Tier II incidents while ensuring compliance with DoD security standards and enterprise IT policies.
