IT: Support / Technician

This role supports federal agency leaders by executing physical IT project tasks, including conducting office walk-throughs, assessing IT requirements, and managing the deployment and decommissioning of hardware. The position involves coordinating logistics for office moves, resolving IT connectivity issues, and providing on-site assistance for stand-ups and conferences. The ideal candidate will possess a Secret security clearance and strong analytical and customer service skills.
