IT Support Technician

This role provides comprehensive Level 1 technical support for a diverse range of technology systems across the resort, including point-of-sale, RFID, video surveillance, and network infrastructure. The position involves hands-on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software for both indoor and outdoor environments. The ideal candidate will ensure timely resolution of support tickets while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to IT security practices.
