The IT Support Technician supports the Mission Ridge Management Team by maintaining and troubleshooting technical systems and network infrastructure across the resort. This role operates in a dynamic mountain environment and requires a proactive, problem-solving mindset to ensure smooth operation of all technical systems. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, eager to learn, and capable of collaborating effectively with various departments.
