IT Support

This role involves installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications while monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. The position requires providing helpdesk and desk-side support to employees, troubleshooting system and network problems, and coordinating with external vendors for hardware replacements. Additional duties include setting up user accounts, assisting with backup management, and handling other IT-related administrative tasks as assigned.
