About this role

The Systems Administrator I supports SEARHC's internal and cloud infrastructure by performing maintenance tasks, installing software updates, and upholding security configurations. This role provides Tier 3 support, functions with a high degree of autonomy, and actively maintains education on various IT expertise areas. The position involves occasional after-hours work and frequent travel to Southeast Alaska locations via jet, small aircraft, and ferry.

Responsibilities

Install infrastructure components and software updates
Provide Tier 3 system support to resolve critical issues
Maintain Windows Server environment including Active Directory and DNS
Execute project-related IT tasks and process improvements
Travel to Southeast Alaska locations via various transport
