IT Systems Administrator

The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and productive operation of all IT systems, including LAN/WAN/WLAN, servers, networking, telecommunications, and cloud environments. This role involves maintaining system security, providing support to the Help Desk, and proactively creating documentation and training materials for new software and hardware rollouts. The position requires troubleshooting MS and SQL databases, managing the VOIP phone system, and utilizing PowerShell and Power Automate scripting to enhance operational efficiency.
