IT Technical Support I

This role provides on-site IT technical support at a client's airport location, combining help desk duties with troubleshooting and employee maintenance. Responsibilities include managing computer systems, software, hardware, networks, and connectivity, as well as handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes. The position requires mobility across the airport campus to resolve technical issues and support staff.
