About this role

The IT Technician will provide Level-1 and Level-2 support for server hardware, network infrastructure, operating systems, and backup solutions at Istanbul Airport. The role involves monitoring baggage handling systems, performing preventive maintenance, installing peripherals, and troubleshooting field IT equipment like CCTV cameras and workstations. This position requires close collaboration with the ICT team and the Shift Operations to ensure continuous high-performance service delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide Level-1 and Level-2 IT infrastructure support
Monitor and maintain baggage handling system operations
Install and configure software and peripheral devices
Troubleshoot and repair network and field equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades

Skills

Qualifications

High school or vocational degree in computer sciencesExperience in system and network maintenance
