IT Technician

The part‑time IT Technician supports Six Flags Discovery Kingdom by troubleshooting and maintaining Windows hardware/software, point‑of‑sale and audio/visual equipment, and the park network both on‑site and from the office. The role tracks service requests via a help‑desk system, assists corporate IS staff on projects, and ensures high performance standards while providing flexible support during operating hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
