The IT Technician serves as the primary point of contact for end-user technology support across Damian Family Care Centers, Inc., ensuring the reliable operation of computer hardware, software, and Electronic Health Record systems. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, deploying equipment, and maintaining accurate technology inventory and documentation. The position requires providing exceptional internal customer service while upholding the confidentiality and security of organizational and patient information.
