About this role

The IT Trainee position offers a structured six-month learning opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in IT support within a humanitarian organization. The trainee will work under the Operations team and Regional IT team to develop skills in help desk support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and network connectivity. This role provides exposure to day-to-day IT operations, allowing the trainee to apply academic knowledge in a professional environment while supporting routine IT activities.

Responsibilities

Provide IT help desk and technical support for staff queries and basic troubleshooting
Manage IT hardware assets including device setup, enrollment, and maintenance
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and internet issues
