The IT Training Program Analyst (ELTP) – Mainframe is a paid, 4 to 5-month classroom training program designed to prepare entry-level IT professionals for careers in mainframe systems programming and support. Participants will learn COBOL application development and other technologies through classroom instruction, case studies, and collaborative learning. Upon successful completion, trainees are assigned to a technology department to continue their career growth through mentoring and professional development.
