About this role

The IT Vendor and Contract Manager supports the operational lifecycle of Information Technology vendor relationships, software licensing, and technology procurement. This role ensures accurate coordination of purchases, renewals, and asset management while collaborating with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to maintain compliance and financial accuracy.

Responsibilities

Coordinate operational administration of IT vendor relationships and software subscriptions
Prepare and monitor purchase requisitions and orders for technology acquisitions
Maintain accurate inventories of software licenses and allocated technology assets
Reconcile invoices and financial documentation to ensure billing accuracy
Develop operational reports and dashboards for procurement and vendor activities

Skills

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Procurement, Public Administration, or related fieldThree years of experience in vendor management, procurement support, or contract administration
