This role supports IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) operations through data analytics, reporting, process improvement, and ITAD portal support. The ideal candidate combines strong Power BI and data analysis capabilities with the ability to understand operational processes, translate business requirements into reporting solutions, and assist users with the effective use and continuous improvement of the ITAD portal. The role partners with regional and global teams to monitor operational performance, develop and enhance dashboards and KPIs, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and support projects that improve the ITAD user experience and operational effectiveness.
