Item Processing Specialist

The Item Processing Specialist is responsible for accurately reviewing and entering daily proof work using the FIS VisionIP application to balance transactions and prepare run files for clearing banks and the Federal Reserve. This role involves correcting rejected fields, locating errors, and generating appropriate adjustments while ensuring compliance with bank policies and government regulations. The specialist also handles proof telephone calls and emails to assist bank associates with problem-solving and manages daily courier deliveries for check processing.
