Parsons is seeking an ITS Project Coordinator Intern to support the Information Technology Services team in planning, executing, and tracking technical projects. The role involves coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and vendors to ensure tech initiatives are delivered on time. Interns will gain hands-on experience with project lifecycles, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and receive mentorship from certified Project Management Professionals.

Responsibilities

Assist project managers in developing plans, milestones, and deliverables
Schedule stakeholder meetings and track action items to completion
Maintain and update project documentation including status and risk logs
Act as a liaison between sub-teams, stakeholders, and vendors
