IYT Peer Leader

The IYT Peer Leader serves as a youth representative for the West Sacramento Futures Grant, a community violence prevention initiative focused on gun violence prevention and Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs). This role involves collaborating with partner organizations and community members to develop outreach materials, plan community engagement activities, and support the West Sacramento Futures Summit. The position aims to increase community awareness, engage youth in leadership, and strengthen collaboration among community-based organizations.
