The Caterpillar Financial Japan Early Talent (JET) Program is a leadership development program for recent graduates and early-career professionals with 0–5 years of experience. Over a four- to five-year period participants complete up to three 18–24 month rotational assignments across core financial functions to prepare for future leadership roles within the company.
