The Japan Project Head (JPH) leads Sanofi's vaccine development strategy and execution in Japan, ensuring alignment with global project priorities and company R&D objectives. The role is the primary Japan point of contact for the global project team, local functions, and external partners, driving the integrated development plan toward licensure and launch. The JPH also structures and leads the Japan project organization, represents the project externally, and ensures knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
