The role is responsible for managing an assigned workshop, organizing human resources, equipment, tools, and space to achieve productive and efficient use of the workshop while meeting budgeted economic results and maximizing customer satisfaction. It involves daily monitoring of operational and commercial indicators, planning commercial activities, overseeing quality and service satisfaction metrics, and coordinating training and improvement initiatives.
