About this role

This SkillBridge fellowship offers transitioning military service members an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the aerospace and defense industry at Pratt & Whitney. Fellows will receive training and mentorship to prepare for a post-military career, working under supervision to assemble, test, and overhaul gas turbine engines and related components. The program provides a pathway to a full-time career with RTX Corporation upon successful completion.
