Job Coach/ Paraprofessional

The Calais School is seeking a Job Coach/Paraprofessional to provide additional support to Special Education students with life skills on job sites and community-based instruction. This role involves assisting students with daily activities, monitoring their safety, and accompanying them to job sites to help develop soft-skills and technical job skills. The position requires a candidate with an Associate's Degree or higher, Substitute Teacher Certification, and the ability to work independently in a special education setting.
