The Job Coach provides direct, in-person support to formerly incarcerated participants to remove barriers to employment and help them transition to stable work. The role focuses on preparing participants for job starts through targeted case management, motivational support, and connections to community resources. The position is based in Tulsa, OK and supports CEO’s reentry employment mission.
