Job Coach

The Job Coach will work directly with students who have learning disabilities, additional needs, or mental health conditions, helping them build confidence, develop employability skills, and secure meaningful work experience. The role involves assessing student capabilities, creating tailored work programmes, sourcing and managing employer placements, and providing on‑placement support and advocacy throughout the academic year.
