Job Coach

Job Coaches provide on-site support to individuals with disabilities or performance limitations to help them successfully maintain employment. The role involves working alongside participants during their initial weeks to offer guidance, feedback, and hands-on assistance while building their confidence. Job Coaches serve as a liaison between participants, employers, and office staff to facilitate communication, resolve workplace issues, and promote positive workplace relationships. This position is scheduled on an as-needed basis with varying hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
