Job Coach

The Job Coach provides support to students ages 18-21 with disabilities in classroom and community vocational settings, working cooperatively with employers and staff while also working independently with students at their vocational training job sites. This role involves assisting transition staff with required paperwork, assessments, and the maintenance of student records. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and a valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record.
