Job Coach

Job Coaches provide on-site support to individuals with disabilities or performance limitations to help them successfully maintain employment. The role involves working alongside participants during the critical first weeks of placement to offer guidance, feedback, and hands-on assistance. Job Coaches observe performance, teach job skills, address challenges, and serve as a liaison between participants, employers, and office staff to strengthen job retention and promote positive workplace relationships.
