Job Coach

DC Cares Center is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful employment and developing workplace success skills. The role involves providing individualized coaching, training, and ongoing support to help individuals obtain, maintain, and advance in competitive employment.
