Job Description Salary Scale

This is a one-year, 10-month contract position for the 2026-27 School Year located in Broadway, Virginia. The role requires an empathetic attitude toward disabled students and the ability to work cooperatively with staff, parents, and students. Candidates must be willing to learn specialized instructional techniques and maintain CPR/AED/First Aid certification. The position is open until filled and requires a high school diploma or GED, with some college credits or a passing ParaPro Assessment score preferred.
