Jewish Family Service of San Diego
The Job Developer supports refugee employment success by building employer partnerships and connecting newly arrived refugees to job opportunities. This role leads employer outreach, job placement, resume development, interview preparation, and on-the-job support. Reporting to the Employment Program Manager, the Job Developer works closely with the Employment Team and Refugee Resettlement Department to promote workforce integration and economic self-sufficiency.
Jewish Family Service of San Diego (JFS) is a nonprofit organization serving the San Diego community with a wide range of social services, including nutrition assistance, older adult care, immigration and refugee support, family therapy, economic mobility programs, and safe housing initiatives. JFS also provides dedicated services to the Jewish community, including volunteer opportunities, case management, and survivor support.
