The Job Developer is responsible for developing employer relationships to identify job opportunities for individuals receiving Supported Employment services. This role markets the skills and strengths of job seekers while utilizing sales approaches and negotiation skills to meet quarterly job placement goals. The position partners with individuals and their support teams to instruct and guide in job-seeking skills, self-image, and attitude, providing counseling, advocacy, and problem-solving assistance as needed.
